By analysis of DNA restriction fragment length polymorphisms, RT1 class-II haplotypes were determined for the following strains of rats: NIG III (RT1.AqHqBlDl); WIN (RT1.AsHsBlDl); KGH (RT1.AgHgBlDl); LEJ (RT1.AuHuBbDb); BDIX (RT1.AaHdBdDd); DA.1I(BI) (RT1.AnHaBaDa).
