The authors share their personal experience with treatment of 28 patients with benign tumors of the liver. The method of choice in treatment of this contingent of patients in thought to be resection of the liver. Radical operations were performed in 23 patients. Good nearest and remote results were followed up during the period from 1 year to 17 years.
