The objective of this work is through the model of Artificial neural networks applied to the studies of geographical information systems to model the levels space contamination, from the limits of Jockey Club sanitary landfill for the inside of the National Park of Brasilia, using the data of contamination of the soil and phreatic water. Twenty-three variables were taken for a possible space prediction of distribution of the contamination in the limit of PNB with the landfill, they were: pH, conductivity, dissolved total solids (STD), hardness, nitrate, nitrite, total chlorine, alkalinity, consumed O2, dissolved O2, chromate, sulfate, phosphate, ammonium, potassium, iron, manganese, aluminum, molibdenum, sodium, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium. It was observed that two analyzed parameters represent the variations of the properties chemistry better and physical of the water and of the soil that they would be the high concentrations of consumed O2 and the variation in the conductivity, agreeing with analyses done previously in the area. The model proved effective for this prediction type, because it united data with great significant statistical standardizing in sections, distributed by the raster grids, proving the viability of the application of GIS, associate to the mathematical modelling with ends prediction, in scale of the studies involving sanitary landfill, for the evaluation of the modifications induced to adjacent areas.
