Reported on keratoacanthomas of lower and upper lips by patients in a special hospital of maxillofacial surgery. 19 cases with histological confirmation takes place by the clinical analysis. The problems of differential diagnosis of keratoacanthoma and squamous cell carcinoma of labiate localization are discussed. The clinical and oncological special position of labiate keratoacanthoma are accentuated. The authors give therapeutical recommendations for the treatment of keratoacanthomas with labiate localization. Supplement was reported about a case of labiate molluscoid carcinoma masking keratoacanthoma.
