The etiology of Löfgren's syndrome

The Loefgren's syndrome of Yersinia etiology was diagnosed and confirmed serologically and bacteriologically in 4 patients with erytherma nodosum, fever and bilateral enlargement of the root or tracheobronchial and root lymph nodes. Specific features of the clinical course, laboratory parameters, X-ray picture and therapeutic approach in this condition were described. The outcome of the disease was favourable. Noteworthy are related clinicoepidemiological features of sarcoidosis and yersiniosis.
