The sanitary bacteriologic characteristics of the air in Kharkov subway stations

The paper deals with bacteriological examination of air samples, equipment washings taken in premises and eletric trains of the Kharkov underground. Inoculation was conducted on 4-5 different nutrient media. The results obtained may be a reference point for the thorough deep laboratory control which will promote the purposeful conductance of sanitary measures in the underground premises depending on season, passengers flow and other factors.
