A new case of aspergillosis of the maxillary sinus

A case is described in a 36-yr-old man presenting a purulent nasal hydrorrhoea. Following surgery, a brown mass filling the whole sinus was removed and a curettage completed the treatment. Examination of the mass revealed a mycelial felt with the characters of an Aspergillus sp.
