The data are presented on biochemical modification of red blood cell pack (RBCP) after extremely long terms of storage (up to 49 days). It has been established that combined use of RBCP resuspension in solution Erythronaph (on the day of its preparation) and the method of RBCP renewal in solution Erythropiphaden, after maximum permissible terms, enables prolongation of the total term of RBCP storage up to 53 days.
