In India, patients infected with Ascaris lumbricoides were given a single dose of tetramisole, in the form of tablets, at 3 mg. per kg. body-weight. Examination of stools twi.ce or 3 times at weekly intervals after treatment showed 44 of 46 treated persons to have been cured. Side effects were mild and transient. D.A.Cz.
