We describe the results of a cell culture study. We have tried to draw a primary study of the interest and indications of fibroblast cultures in medical practice, and point out their interest in the metabolic diseases of genetic origin, in abortions, in chromosomic syndromes and in hormonal disorders. The interest of conservation of fibroblast cell lines in a cellular bank is also noted.
