A technical report describes the results of recent studies on the modulation of carcinogenesis by 2 dietary factors. These studies assessed the mutagenesis modulation by fried ground beef, and the net energy and enhancement of carcinogenesis by dietary fat. The results are graphically summarized and discussed.
