The effect of Brulamycin on haemostasis has been studied in 30 patients suffering from different (mostly malignant haematological) primary diseases. It has been concluded that, on the one hand a certain but non-significant tendency towards the normalization of prothrombin time, partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time may be observed (probably due to the general antiinfectious effect of the drug), on the other hand the inhibition of platelet aggregability of a certain degree may be expected in some cases.
