A new method of treatment (administration of a leucocyte concentrate) for managing an unfavourable course of gastroduodenal ulcer is discussed. Parameters of humoral and cellular immunity and the microflora were studied under the effect of administration of granulocyte concentrate. Parameters of the humoral and cellular immunity normalized in patients with an unfavourable course of ulcer disease due to a combined treatment with administration of leucocyte concentrate. Pathogenic microflora disappeared. A favourable clinico-endoscopic effect was obtained and the terms of treatment were significantly reduced.
