A method of measuring and statistical significance testing of several explanates with regard to proportions of medical findings is represented and demonstrated for datasets from two occupational health studies. This method basing on logitlinear regression models is very suitable for evaluation of epidemiologic studies in which responses of exposition factors are to investigate and to quantify.
