The technology has been developed for the preparation of a high-quality fatty emulsion and infusamine, a new preparation of free amino acids on the basis of deep hydrolysis of blood proteins. Infusamine, by its composition and properties, meets the requirements for the preparations of this group and has significant advantages as compared to Soviet preparations of hydrolyzed protein.
