A computer program is described that not only calculates nutrients but also finds the Exchange Lists for Meal Planning representation for a recipe serving. This program is used to determine nutrients and Exchange List groups and amounts for more than 200 recipes from the American Diabetes Association/The American Dietetic Association Family Cookbook, Vol. II.
