In the study, techniques of freezing and defrosting of fibroblasts, lymphocytes and granulocytes, used in the Tissue Repository of the Child Health Center (CHC) are discussed, the organization of the Tissue Repository of the CHC is presented, and the average survival rate of cells is evaluated.
