A patient with both Kaposi's sarcoma and multiple myeloma (IgD) is reported. Kaposi's sarcoma is found with increased frequency in patients suffering from lymphoproliferative diseases. There is probably a close interrelationship between Kaposi's sarcoma and the immune system.
