Central and cerebral blood flow indices were studied in patients with various clinical variations of neurocirculatory dystonia by tetrapolar thoracic and cerebral rheography combined with rheography of internal carotid arteries. Changes in the volumetric velocity of blood flow were detected along with changes in vascular tone in neurocirculatory dystonia during marked clinical manifestations. Cardiac output and minute blood volume affected cerebral vascular tone. These methods were informative for evaluating the state of cerebral blood flow.
