Parameters of central hemodynamics were studied in patients with neurocirculatory dystonia. These data were compared with features of the clinical course of the disease. The hyperkinetic type of circulation was encountered most frequently in neurocirculatory dystonia, then in the eukinetic type and the hypokinetic type. An increase in minute volume in the hyperkinetic type was predominantly determined by an increase in stroke volume. A more severe course of the disease was observed in the hyperkinetic type of circulation.
