A case is reported in a 10 1/2-wk-old girl with no previous history of respiratory or feeding difficulties. Candida albicans was cultured from the inflamed laryngeal area. Therapy with amphotericin B (0.5 mg/kg daily in a 1 h infusion) was successful.
