Cholinergic shifts and nibufin therapy in food allergy in children

A study of 104 children with skin and intestinal manifestations of food allergy was performed. In view of the disturbances revealed in the cholinergic system from neuro-humoral compensation to sub- and decompensation, the organophosphorus anticholinesterase drug nibufin was 1st introduced into comprehensive therapy to return cholinergic shifts to normal. The introduction of nibufin into comprehensive therapy was effective in 100% of the cases. The follow-up study revealed a decrease in the number of recurrences and complications of the disease.
