Fungi isolated from 11 cases of otomycosis included 3 Aspergillus fumigatus, 5 A. niger, 2 A. nidulans and 1 Monosporium apiospermum [Petriellidium boydii]. The patients were treated with clotrimazole, except for 1 patient with A. fumigatus infection who was treated with miconazole.
