15 female patients with motor urge incontinence were treated with Clenbuterol (30--40 micrograms daily, orally) for 4--6 weeks. Urodynamic controls showed the reduction or suppression of detrusor contractions. Bladder capacity increased. We found no change in the maximum urethral closure pressure due to the medication. Side effects were few.
