A total of 377 experiments with healthy rabbits of the same species, age, weight and sex were performed with the use of the galvanization apparatus "Potok-1". The penetration levels of penicillin and streptomycin into the tissues, i.e. the skin, muscles and bone after their administration with the modified method of electrophoresis were determined. It was found that the tissue levels of the antibiotics administered with the modified method of electrophoresis increased with an increase in the current density, the procedure time and the antibiotic concentrations. The levels of penicillin and streptomycin in the skin, muscles and bones on administration with the modified method of electrophoresis were higher than those on administration of the antibiotics with the routine method of electrophoresis. The higher the time of the material storage in a refrigerator, the lower the penicillin level in the tissues.
