An improved method of microdialysis

A new technique is described for the dialysis of minute volumes of sample. The samples to be dialyzed are compartmentalized in an inverted plastic microcentrifuge tube fitted with a dialysis membrane secured by a bored snap-on lid. This procedure on efficient and recovery of the sample is nearly quantitative. Samples can be conveniently stored in the microcentrifuge tubes used in the dialysis.
