A simple technique for the preparation of slides for use in the indirect immunofluorescence test is described. The slides are covered with adhesive tape, with perforations 5 to 6 mm in diameter, which mark out areas on a single slide for control positive and negative reactions and for test reactions at selected dilutions. The slides were intended originally for testing for toxoplasmosis, but they have been used for other parasitic diseases.
