In 100 adult patients operated on under general anesthesia (barbiturates, nitrous oxide, fluothane, phentanyl) and total muscular relaxation (lysthenon, tubocurarine). The influence (cardiotropic) of 3 myorelaxant antagonists, chinotylin, galanthamine and proserine, was studied with ECG. As to the strength of cardiotoxic effects (bradycardia, cardiac rhythm upsets and intracardiac conductibility), antagonists are distributed in the order, galanthamine, chinotylin, proserine.
