Three cases of Schistosoma haematobium infection seen at a hospital in Blackburn, UK, are described. The first patient was a White male who had lived in Malawi, the 2nd was an Asian immigrant who had lived in Malawi and Zambia, and the 3rd was an Asian immigrant from Malawi. Diagnosis, symptoms and treatment are discussed.
