Data are presented on detection of Alternaria sp. and Ascochyta sp. in duodenal contents of a patient. Alternaria sp. is observed in amygdala and tongue patches. When microscopically studying the duodenal contents, fungi and Tyrophagus sp. were found. The patient's condition improved after treatment.
