Hydrocortisone was administered to dogs to induce endogenic lipemia increasing all lipid indices and facilitating an increase of phospholipids in the blood serum. Long-term physical exercise decreased the level of lipids in the blood. Cholesterol in food was administered to rats to induce exogenous lipemia, increasing lipid indices. Physical activity decreased cholesterol and lipid levels.
