The colicinogenicity in 575 and colicin sensitivity in 484 Salmonella strains isolated in 1973-1975 from different sources were studied. Epidemiological applications are discussed.

2005: I understood that trans fat should be avoided because it can increase your risk of cardiovascular disease. And I had heard that the main source of trans fat is partially hydrogenated oils.
