A study of 45 calves with T. verrucosum infection was made. Results of therapy with a sol. containing 20 g salicylic acid, 20 g benzoic acid, 10 g boric acid, 10 g thymol iodide, lugol and 1 l 95% alcohol are presented. After 6 days 80% were cured, after 8 days 92.5% and after 10 days 100% were cured. No cure was seen in untreated controls.
