The following methods of mycelial disintegration were tested: destruction of cells in a homogenizer L-17; supersonic method of disintegration; crushing of the mycelium under pressure in the apparatus of the Hews press type; and destruction in a mortar with quartz sand. The highest enzymic activity was found in mycelium after its destruction in the homogenizer for 3 min and with application of the 22 kHz irradiator for 15 min.
