Tetralute 125I-Column is a set for determination of the total thyroxin content in the serum; this is a valuable test for examination of the T4 content in the blood with the aid of radioactive isotopes. The method is simple, specific, sensitive and precise, and can be used both under laboratory and under clinical conditions. Results of this test coordinate with the data of the protein-bound iodine study and the percentage of the T3 absorption. The work is based on determination of T4 in 2050 samples for a two-year period.
