After 6 wk administration of isoprenaline, salbutamol and Astmopent, independent of the dose and administration route (i.v., i.p., orally), a morphologic analysis of lung tissue stained with hematoxylin and eosin and tested for fats via the Sudan Black reaction showed no deviations from the norm.
