Effect of thymosterine on lymphocytes in vitro

When added to culture medium, thymosterine, a steroid isolated from calf thymus, increased the number of rabbit lymphocytes cultivated in vitro and the protein concentration. The intervention of thymosterine in immunity was suggested.
