Among different formats and research proposals, the following points could be helpful to achieve the goal by a clinician: (a) A comparative 'time series-analysis of the recovery' among itraconazole and other antifungals recommended for treating VVC, with a 'path-analysis for the gradients of recovery' could be a significant contribution in this area especially in a country like India where the awareness for hygiene and health are extremely poor, and (b) a double-blind control trial with itraconazole in a large patient-population may be taken to reduce the sample bias and to modify the inference-fallacies.
