Fleming's lysozime has been administered to thirteen patients affected by polisclerosis. In eight cases whose diseases had dated less then two years, the results were satisfactory. Such they are six months after the treatment. Various hypothesis are considered by the A. to explain the mechanism of action of the lysozime therapy in the polisclerosis.
