Separation bronchospirography in the evaluation of the operability of patients with lung cancer

Ventilatory function of the lung was studied in 184 patients with cancer by means of the method of general and separate spirography. The investigation has evidenced that separate bronchospirography rendered it possible in 51.1% of cases to solve with greater differentiation the problem of feasibility of radical surgery in cancer of the lung and extent of the resection.
