12 cases of Meckel's diverticulosis, submitted to operation, are examined. In the 41% of the patients, the ascertained seat of the disease was the diverticulum. The following complications were observed: phlogosis, enterorrhagia due to ulcer and occlusion for invagination. Mortality was of 8.3%.
