The lime-flavored meclizine-pyridoxine preparation used in this study appears to be of distinct value in treatment of infant colic, with the definite advantages for home administration of oral acceptance, palatability, and tolerance. The author believes that the therapy may yield better results as experience with dosage schedules accumulates.
