Patients with coronary atherosclerosis and moderate or severe diabetes had less albumins, Mg, heparin, alpha -lipoprotein, activity of lipoprotein lipase and histaminopectic activity in blood and more cholesterol, beta -lipoprotein, beta - and gamma -globulins, acid mucopolysaccharides, hyaluronidase and capillary permeability for protein and water than patients with atherosclerosis but no diabetes.
