On the basis multiannual personal experience in millimeter resonance therapy in the treatment of several diseases (diabetes mellitus, ulcers, etc. ) data are reported on substantiating the theory of sanogenesis of this method. Various biochemical, immunological, hormonal studies in the experiment and clinic indicate that the basis of the treatment effect of electromagnetic radiation is restoration of homeostasis by activation of compensatory systems. The levels and systems influenced by electromagnetic radiation are indicated. The stage-like character of these influences is stressed.
