The major clinical abnormality in two cases of equine alimentary lymphosarcoma was profuse diarrhoea. In the first case there was a sudden onset illness which only lasted for three weeks, whereas in the second the clinical signs became progressively worse over several months. P.M. in both horses almost the whole length of the gastrointestinal tract was infiltrated by tumour tissue.
