Two cases of intracranial epidural hematoma secondary to a skull-dural metastasis are presented. Both patients had a head computer tomography (CT) scan which showed an epidural hematoma associated to a skull lytic lesion. Histopathological examination and workup for primary malignancy revealed a liver carcinoma and a multiple myeloma to be the tumors which were associated to the hematoma.
