This paper'includes an account of three cases of cryptococcosis of the central nervous system, in two of which cyclo-lieximide did not affect the fatal course of the disease, while in the third, which had been clinically static with moderate symptoms for two years, the authors attribute to the drug the rapid and fatal aggravation of the condition which followed its use.
