Prevalence of diabetes and its associated factors in Blang ethnic adults

目的： 了解云南省西双版纳傣族自治州勐海县布朗族成人糖尿病患病率及其影响因素 方法： 采 普查的方法，于2017年2- 3月对勐海县布朗山乡5个行 村的18岁及以上布朗族居民 展代谢 疾病调查，3 365人完成了现场调查 调查内容包括问卷调查 体格 查和实验室 测 终，资料完整纳入分析的共3 237人 危险因素和疾病关系的分析采 多因素多项logistic回归模型 结果： 以2010年第六次全国人口普查的人口构成为标准人口构成，对布朗族成人糖尿病和糖尿病前期患病率进行标化 根据1999年世界卫 组织（WHO）诊断标准，布朗族成人糖尿病和糖尿病前期标化患病率分别为8.5%（ 10.2%；女 6.8%）和16.1%（ 18.0%；女 14.1%），其中新诊断糖尿病标化患病率为7.3%（ 8.7%；女 5.8%） 多因素多项logistic回归分析显示，年龄 高 压 高 油三酯 症和向心 肥胖均为糖尿病及糖尿病前期的危险因素，OR 分别为1.74和1.37 2.39和2.02 2.30和1.34 2.55和1.73 结论： 勐海县布朗山乡糖尿病患病率已达到较高水平，积极 展糖尿病知识的宣传教育是预防糖尿病的关 环节 .
