根管预备是根管治疗术中的重要环节，也是保证疗效的关键步骤。根管预备包括根管清理和根管成形，为严密的根管充填创造良好的条件。由于根管系统的复杂性和根管的不可视性，根管机械预备过程中容易出现根管内台阶、偏移、髓室底或根管壁穿孔、器械分离、术后疼痛等并发症。了解根管机械预备并发症的发生原因和处理方法，有助于临床有效预防和处理并发症，减少并发症造成的损伤及其不良后果。本文对根管机械预备常见并发症的原因、预防及处理方法进行系统回顾和分析，以期提高临床医师对根管机械预备并发症的认识。.
