本文报道一例男性患者，34岁，因反复胸闷、气促入院，诊断为扩张型心肌病，有肌营养不良症家族史，既往于外院诊断为Becker型肌营养不良症。通过完善相关检查及病史采集，考虑为Becker型肌营养不良症导致扩张型心肌病，对于此病目前尚无特效治疗方法，应早期系统治疗肌营养不良症，以控制并发症、改善患者预后和生活质量。.
